Returns/Refunds:

Beginning March 22, 2020, our new return and refund policy will go into effect. Due to Covid-19, we have been forced to temporarily enforce strict safety procedures. We will not be issuing any returns or refunds after your order departs from our warehouse. All sales are FINAL! This is for the safety of our customers, as well as our employee's. Thank you in advance for your understanding on this matter!

Cancellation
Please note that we only allow cancellation/order modification within 24 hrs upon placing the order. Cancellation request sent passed the given time-frame will not be entertained. All sales are final.
Refund and Replacement

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after you receive it. We ask that you take pictures of any items that arrive damaged or defective.
